The Outremer 38/40 was the first Gérard Danson design, build at the Outremer Shipyard. This version already was build with the large OUTREMER 45 rooftop, which offers more space and standing headroom in the salon. The current owner expanded the boat’s equipment with the goal to cross the Atlantic, which he did without any glitches, sailing from Portugal to Gibraltar, then on to Grenada via the Canary and Cape Verde Islands.
