The Aquaroyal 720 Classic is based at Bootshaus Burchardt GmbH - Wolzig location, Wolziger Straße 10, 15859 Storkow (Görsdorf district), right on Lake Wolzig. From here, you can set out on relaxed cruises without a license, using a 15-horsepower motor, across Lake Wolzig, Lake Storkow, and on toward Lake Scharmützel—the “Märkische Meer”— - as well as into the adjacent lake and river landscapes of the Dahme Lake District and on to Berlin—even as far as Mecklenburg or the Havel Lake District. The area offers numerous bays, swimming spots, natural shores, and quiet anchorages—ideal for nature lovers, families, anglers, and anyone seeking peace and quiet on the water.

At the Wolzig Boathouse, in addition to the Aquaroyal 720 Classic, we also rent out boat moorings and cozy vacation apartments right on the water. There is no impersonal rental boat station on Lake Wolzig, but rather a personal charter base with its own harbor, where boats and accommodations are offered from a single source. Guests can perfectly combine a boating vacation with a stay on land—for example, with a few days on the boat and a few days in the vacation apartment. Parking is available near the harbor for arriving guests; the drive from Berlin usually takes about an hour (e.g., via the A12 and B246).

The rental of the Aquaroyal 720 Classic is based on the written charter agreement with the General Terms and Conditions (Charter Rental Terms) of Bootshaus Burchardt GmbH. Upon booking confirmation, the full charter price must be paid by bank transfer; partial payment on site is not possible. The full amount must be received in the charter company’s account before taking possession of the boat.

Upon taking possession of the yacht, a security deposit of €1,000 must be provided (in cash or via advance bank transfer). The deposit will be refunded after the yacht has been returned properly and on time in accordance with the charter agreement and the handover/return report; costs for lost or damaged equipment may be deducted from the deposit. The boat is covered by liability and comprehensive insurance; the deductible corresponds to the amount of the security deposit; the crew’s personal belongings are not covered. We also recommend additional skipper liability, trip cancellation, and, if applicable, security deposit insurance through an external insurer.

The handover of the motor yacht “Aqua Royal Classic/Otti” takes place at the Wolzig boathouse, ready for operation and usually with a full tank of fuel, along with a detailed handover and return report. The hull, interior, engine/mechanical systems, safety equipment, and accessories are inspected together with the charterer; any existing defects and missing equipment are documented at handover. The return takes place at the agreed time, with the boat cleaned and the fuel and—if agreed—water tanks refilled; any new damage or deviations from the condition at handover are recorded in the return report and, if necessary, deducted from the security deposit.
