Owner speaks : The Rhea 800 is a remarkably seaworthy, safe, and reassuring boat. It handles the sea with ease and exhibits sound, predictable handling in all conditions - qualities that are particularly appreciated when conditions get rough.
Since purchasing it, I’ve made several upgrades designed to enhance comfort and autonomy on board: an autopilot, Webasto heating, a 1 kW 220 V inverter, and a Fusion car stereo. These features allow me to enjoy the boat year-round, whether with family, friends, or on solo voyages.
Nights at anchor are particularly pleasant. With three people, comfort is excellent; with four, it’s still quite manageable, even if living space naturally becomes a bit tighter.

However, over time, I realized that this activity did not bring me the pleasure I had expected.
So it is with a heavy heart that I have decided today to part ways with this boat, to which I am deeply attached. I hope it will continue to offer its next owner wonderful sailing experiences, peaceful anchorages, and many memories at sea. As for me, the time has come to turn my attention to a small sailboat, one that’s more in tune with my current aspirations and my desire to sail differently - at the wind’s pace.… » whole text » less text
