This used Hanse 385 in Barcelona, from 2012, brings together several of the qualities that have made this model attractive: easy maneuvering, a very usable cockpit, double steering wheel, self-tacking jib and an interior layout of three cabins designed for family cruising.
The unit is equipped with a 40 HP Volvo Penta with approximately 1,650 hours, B&G electronics, Simrad AP24 autopilot, radar, AIS, sonar and Victron electrical system. Added to this is a more complete set of sails than usual, with a self-tacking jib, asymmetric spinnaker and Code 0.
A particularly interesting improvement is the update of the mainsail system, replacing the batten system with carriages on rail, facilitating lifting and lowering and making maneuvering with a reduced crew more comfortable.
Why this Hanse 385 stands out
The Hanse 385 was designed by Judel/Vrolijk & Co. as a modern cruiser with a good balance between performance, ease of handling and interior volume. The twin helm wheels, the folding bathing platform and the self-tacking jib allow you to enjoy a very functional deck both when sailing and at anchor.
In this unit, the combination of three cabins, good electronic equipment and a complete sail configuration is especially attractive. It is not simply a comfortable harbor sailboat: its equipment is clearly oriented towards sailing and spending time on board.
