The “Cedo Nulli” is a Parlevinker, originally built for industrial purposes but transformed into a luxury sailing houseboat while maintaining its details. With a length of 1000 centimeters and a width of 300 centimeters, this boat offers space and comfort for various activities on the water.
The interior of the “Cedo Nulli” was renovated by ShipCreations in 2020-2021, preserving old details and optimizing spaciousness and light. The many windows provide beautiful views of the water. A hot shower and bathroom contribute to a pleasant atmosphere on board. One of the doors does not close properly and allows moisture to enter.
Accommodations include all necessary amenities for comfortable living and boating, such as a kitchen, dining area, cushions and curtains. Hot water is provided by the diesel heater, which provides a pleasant atmosphere on board even during colder days.
The “Cedo Nulli” is powered by a working Mercedes diesel engine with an output of 60 hp, allowing a maximum speed of 10 kilometers per hour. The hydraulic steering provides a short turning radius for easy maneuvering. The boat has a hydraulic leakage in the engine compartment.
