For this nice 9,5 m motorsailer the owner bought the hull and finished the boat himself. LM 27 is a solid, weather-protected boat capable of handling choppy conditions on the sea. The most defining feature of the LM 27 is its semi-enclosed pilothouse / wheelhouse. This allows you to steer via a traditional wooden wheel under solid cover during foul weather. However, it retains an open back leading to the cockpit, which can be fully closed using a canvas cockpit tent.
