The Bestevaer 65s is based on the Zwerver, a legendary 1956 design by Sparkman & Stephens that famously won the Fastnet Race in 1961. Previously, she underwent a significant refit in 2019 and 2020 under her previous owner, which included a refitted teak deck, a repainted hull, mast, and boom, renewed Rod Rigging, re-varnished deck paintwork, and more. The current owner has further upgraded and refitted Lady Ann from 2021 onwards, ensuring she remains in excellent condition.
